Corporate Development Analyst Persyaratan Pencari Kerja : 1. At least a Bachelor's Degree 2. Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia 3. Advanced proficiency in MS-Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint 4. Minimum 6 months of working experience in accounting, private equity, venture capital, corporate M&A, or investment banking. Other industries may be considered as long as candidate can demonstrate certain degree of accounting and finance knowledge 5. Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skill with high attention to detail Works well under pressure to achieve tight timelines while producing high quality outputs Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task

Job Desk : 1. Provide financial and strategic analysis on major decisions related to the Company’s funding strategy, M&A opportunities, and strategic initiatives 2. Interface with finance, legal, tax and other departments to ensure seamless deal execution 3. Conduct industry and market research related to trends, risks, opportunities and competitive landscape 4. Coordinate and implement due diligence for potential transactions 5. Develop financial models and valuation analysis that help guide the decision making process 6. Create investment memorandums and related presentations for review by senior management team 7. Assist in the preparation of regular and ad-hoc investor reporting
